The display features a picture of Jamal Musiala wearing a pixelated jersey. It's a clever way to tease the upcoming Nike Germany 2027 home kit, without actually revealing anything.
It was initially suspected that the pictures showcased the actual design and were later pixelated. With the release of more pictures as well as a video, it has become clear that it's actually a physical shirt with the pixelated look included as a design rather than an effect that was added after the fact.
The Nike DFB 2027 home jersey features a white base with metallic dark grey accents, paired with black shorts.
Musiala wore a makeshift white and black kit in Nike's huge 2026 World Cup ad - the shirt is, however, different from the pixelated one.
The highly anticipated switch from Adidas to Nike will officially take place on January 1, 2027. This landmark €100 million-per-year deal marks the end of a historic 77-year partnership with Adidas, making the current tournament the final time the German national team will wear the three stripes.
