A major visual upgrade has officially arrived for digital jersey designers. Kit Creator has rolled out a brand-new Depth of Field (DoF) feature to its 3D rendering engine, allowing creators to bring an unprecedented level of realism and cinematic quality to their kit showcases.
Cinematic 3D Kit Renders
The new tool allows designers to replicate the shallow depth of field typically seen with high-end camera lenses directly inside the 3D viewport. Creators have full flexibility over the look, with options to either set a manual focus point by clicking directly on a specific detail (such as an embossed badge or fabric weave) or let the system calculate auto focus automatically. The overall intensity and blur strength can also be fine-tuned via a dedicated slider.
Paired with the recently introduced HDRI lighting presets and detailed fabric texture scales, the addition of Depth of Field makes mockups and close-up detail shots look closer than ever to professional studio photography.
