Union Berlin Sign Macron Kit Deal
German 2. Bundesliga team 1. FC Union Berlin today announced a new kit supplier deal with Italian brand Macron - just a week after fellow 2nd division team 1860 München became the first German team in years to be under contract with Macron.
As with 1860 München, Union Berlin was also previously equipped by small German brand Uhlsport, who also made the Iran 2014 World Cup Kits.

Macron closed a quick second kit supplier deal in Germany with FC Union Berlin.
The kit deal between 1. FC Union Berlin and Macron will run for an initial five years starting with the 2015-16 season. Macron will produce the Union Berlin kits and training gear until 2020 at least.
"Macron is a new and very interesting partner for us, who has proven across Europe to know the individual traditions and needs of each club and to include them in the kit designs.
