Theo Walcott Joins Adidas

Adidas today announced a partnership with Arsenal striker Theo Walcott. Walcott will become a face of the Adidas F50 Adizero Football Boot.

Theo Walcott began his Arsenal career wearing the Nike Mercurial Vapor III Cleats in 2006, while he had worn Nike Mercurial Vapor Soccer Boots since then. In fact, he has worn eight generations of the Nike Mercurial Vapor Boots, and never wore another boot during his career yet.

Theo Walcott, who is known for his speed, will wear the Solar Red Adidas F50 Adizero 2015 Soccer Boots. He joins Adidas' strong F50 Adizero squad, which includes players such as Gareth Bale, Arjen Robben, Karim Benzema and Luis Suárez.

Theo Walcott is one of the quickest football players. However, Hector Bellerin (Puma evoSPEED) has overtaken Theo Walcott as fastest Arsenal player, according to the latest training drills.

Walcott's move couldn't have been better timed. Theo Walcott will likely debut the new Adidas F50 Adizero Boots in the Premier League match against Crystal Palace, and will also lace up in his new Solar Red Adidas F50 Adizero Cleats in the Champions League match against AS Monaco next week.
