Who Will Wear the Adidas X 2015 Boots?
Made for players who shatter expectations and create chaos on the pitch, the totally new Adidas X 2015-2016 Soccer Cleats are the all-new Adidas Chaos silo. Set to be launched on May 25, the new Adidas Chaos Boots will be already debuted in the 2015 UEFA Champions League Final. But who will wear the new Adidas X 15 Boots?
The new Adidas X 15-16 Boots introduce a revolutionary design for Adidas football boots without 3 stripes, headlined by Luis Suarez and Thomas Müller. The Adidas X Cleats will be launched with a bold Solar Yellow paint job, and feature a brand-new techfit sock for flexible ankle support.
Adidas X 15.1 Boots Players
Luis Suarez will headline the new Adidas X 15.1 Boots.
Made for players who destroy defences, the new Adidas X Cleats are - most nearly - the successor of the Adidas F50 Adizero Boots. Therefore, almost all former Adidas F50 Adizero players will lace up in the new Adidas X Boots, while Lionel Messi will be the only Adidas athlete to receive a signature boot - the new Adidas Messi 15.1 Soccer Cleat.
FC Bayern Munich striker Thomas Müller, Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale and controversial FC Barcelona striker Luis Suárez are the faces of the all-new Adidas X Boots, which will be worn by various of Adidas' most popular players.
Other important athletes to sport the new Adidas X 2015-2016 Boots are Ángel Di Maria, Karim Benzema, Arjen Robben, Álvaro Morata, Diego Costa, Marcelo, David Alaba, Jordi Alba, Theo Walcott, Alexandre Lacazette, Lucas Moura, David Villa and Ciro Immobile.
It's expected that there are also former Adipure, Nitrocharge and Predator players who will lace up in the new Adidas X Cleats. So Manchester United midfielder Angel di Maria, who previously had worn the Adidas Predator, will switch to the Adidas X 15 Cleats.
Adidas will also reveal a leather version of the Adidas X Soccer Boot, which is expected to be worn by a quite a few players. The Adidas X 15.1 K-Leather Cleat features a soft Kangaroo leather upper, while the boot lacks the new techfit collar.
