New Borussia Dortmund 15-16 Kit Font Revealed

With the launch of the new Borussia Dortmund 15-16 Kit, Puma already revealed a new font to be used with the new shirt. Contrary to last season's Dortmund Jerseys, the new Dortmund 2015-16 Kits don't utilize Puma's default font from the 2014 World Cup.

Roughly based on iconic Dortmund Shirts of the 1980s, the new Borussia Dortmund 2015-2016 Home Kit is yellow with subtle black details, like a thin hoops pattern on the front.

Inspired by the 3D fonts used by many teams, including Borussia Dortmund, in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the new Borussia Dortmund 2015-16 Kit numbers feature a stylized shadow effect.

Otherwise, the font used on the new Borussia Dortmund 15-16 Kits is adapted from Puma's 2014 World Cup typeface, Nature of Believing, which was already used for the Borussia Dortmund 14-15 Kits amongst many others.
