Diego Costa Debuts Almost Non-Modified Adidas X 15 Boots
We rarely get such a close look at the boots of the best players. Diego Costa yesterday debuted the Adidas X 15.1 Leather Boots in Chelsea's first pre-season friendly against New York Red Bulls.
Adidas published two close-up pictures of Diego Costa's Adidas X Boots, which are almost non-modified. And yes, that's worthy of a news nowadays.

In these days it's definitely something special that Diego Costa debuted the regular version of the Adidas X 15.1 Boots after various high-profile Adidas athletes wore camouflaged versions of the revolutionary Adidas 2015-2016 Soccer Cleats.
The Adidas X 15.1 Diego Costa 2015-2016 Boot is the same as the regular Adidas X 15.1 Leather Football Boots, while the Spaniard uses the insole of the Adidas F50 Adizero Boots featuring the lettering Adizero. On the outstep of the boot is the lettering Diego Costa.
It's quite interesting to see that Diego Costa's Boots already bear traces of use even before his first official match wearing the Adidas X Kangaroo Leather Boots.
Adidas will be quite happy to see that their new signing Diego Costa laces up in the standard version of the Adidas X 15.1 Leather Boots, while players such as Bale, Schweinsteiger and Walcott debuted camouflaged versions of the Adidas X Cleats.
Other players to wear non-modified Adidas X Boots are Arjen Robben, Marcelo, Thomas Müller, Jordi Alba and David Alaba. In other words, they are many players who joined the Adidas Football Revolution.

Portuguesa 2026 Third Kit Released - Tribute to Portugal Ahead of 2026 World Cup
Brazilian club Associação Portuguesa de Desportos, commonly known as Portuguesa, has officially launched its new third kit for the 2026 season. Produced by technical sponsor Joma, the new uniform pays direct homage to the Portuguese national team, celebrating the club's deep historical roots as Portugal prepares to compete in the upcoming 2026 World Cup.
The new Portuguesa 2026 third jersey closely mirrors the classic look of the Portuguese national team, featuring a vibrant crimson red base enhanced by subtle jacquard detailing that provides a sense of movement to the fabric. The shirt is structured with a classic polo collar adorned with red and white edging and a green front point insert. The sleeves remain red with contrasting green underarm panels, while the cuffs match the collar's red and white trim.
Further solidifying the international tribute, the official coat of arms of Portugal is prominently displayed on the nape of the neck above the white player numbering. The alternative uniform is completed by green shorts and red socks, finalizing the classic Portuguese color scheme.
The kit is set to make its on-pitch debut this Saturday, May 16th, in a match against Água Santa.
