Mario Mandžukić Switches to Nike Mercurial Vapor Boots

Juventus striker Mario Mandžukić has become the next player to switch to the Nike Mercurial Vapor 10 Boots after several former Nike Hypervenom players such as Isco, Kovačić and Neymar made the same move in the past few weeks.
Mandžukić had been wearing the Nike Hypervenom Phantom Football Boots since the launch in May 2013. He switched to the low-cut version of the second generation of the Nike Hypervenom Boots in Summer 2015, while he returned to the first generation of the Nike Hypervenom Phantom Boots in early September 2015.

Mandzukic is wearing a non-modified version of the Squadron Blue Nike Mercurial Vapor 10 Soccer Cleats. Made for ultimate speed, the Nike Mercurial Vapor 10 Cleats feature a ultra-lightweight Teijin synthetic upper with a tongue-less design, and a outsole with triangular studs for perfect traction on Firm Ground surfaces.
Mario Mandžukić already debuted the Squadron Blue and Volt Nike Mercurial Vapor 10 Boots in the Serie A match against Inter Milan. Interestingly, he laced up both in the first-gen Nike Hypervenom and Nike Mercurial in Wednesday's UEFA Champions League clash against Borussia Mönchengladbach.
It will be quite interesting to see if more players will switch from the Nike Hypervenom Boots to the Nike Mercurial Vapor X in the next few weeks, and if the Croatian striker will also receive a camouflaged version of the Nike Hypervenom Boots like FC Barcelona superstar Neymar.
