Solar Gold Adidas X Primeknit 2016 Boots Released
Originally launched in September 2015, the Adidas X Primeknit football boots have reshaped the soccer cleat world, combining the technological advances of the Adidas X with the unique fit and touch of a Primeknit 2.0 upper.
The Solar Gold Adidas X Prime 2016 boot was launched in late January 2016 and will be worn by the likes of Luis Suárez, Juan Mata, David Alaba and Keylor Navas.
Adidas X 15+ Primeknit - Solar Gold / Shock Pink / Core Black
This image shows the new Solar Gold Adidas X 15.1 Prime football boots.
Compared to previous Adidas X 15+ Prime soccer cleats, the Solar Gold paint job doesn't follow the synthetic equivalent as closely, resulting in an absolutely outrageous creation. The upper of the yellow Adidas X Primeknit 2016 boots is Solar Gold with added Shock Pink threads creating a unique look.
The two colors are also present in the design of the iconic 'X-cage' on both sides of the new Adidas X 15+ Primeknit cleats. Added to the construction of the Adidas X football boots to increase stability and lockdown, the cage is the most outstanding design feature of the Adidas X cleats as well.
Roughly based on the regular, synthetic Adidas X 2015 football boots, the knitted Adidas X 15 Primeknit 2016 soccer shoes boast a completely reworked Primeknit upper, contributing to a supreme fit and touch. Flexible ankle support and improved lockdown are guaranteed through the use of an all-new techfit collar and a new compression tongue.
The soleplate and X-cage are the same as those of the standard Adidas X 15.1 boots, offering traction in all directions on both AG (artificial grass) and FG (firm ground) surfaces.
Set for a February 2016 release, the Solar Gold Adidas X Prime 2016 football boot will retail at 250 Euro (250 USD, 200 GBP) under the umbrella of the Adidas 'Limited Collection'.

Harrogate Town 26-27 Home Kit Released
Harrogate Town has officially revealed its new home kit for the 2026-2027 season. Produced by technical sponsor New Balance, the latest primary strip offers a bold and modern twist on the club's traditional yellow and black colors. Following the recent reveal of their striking geometric away jersey, this home release confirms that New Balance is committed to delivering highly bespoke and eye-catching designs for the North Yorkshire side's upcoming campaign.
The New Balance Harrogate Town 26-27 home shirt features a vibrant yellow base, anchored by thick black vertical stripes across the front of the torso. However, instead of traditional solid bands, these stripes are executed with a modern, pixelated halftone gradient effect that fades heavily around the midsection to seamlessly accommodate the black "envirovent" sponsor logo. To ensure a cohesive and sharp aesthetic, the New Balance manufacturer logo and the official club crest are both applied in a sleek black and yellow monochrome finish.
The launch completes the team's set for 2026-2027.
