Update: Brazilian Midfielder Shows Off Completely Unique Boots in 2016 Florida Cup

Update 21/01/2016: We are now sure that Adrianinho's Boots are not based on the Nike Mercurial Superfly, but most likely on the Nike Hypervenom. However, his boots are still different to Nike's Hypervenom Boots and therefore most likely fakes he bought online. The sole plate remains a mystery.

35-years old Brazilian midfielder Adrianinho, who currently plays for the Fort Lauderdale Strikers, has shown off a unique pair of football boots in this year's Florida Cup. And while nobody exactly knows what he is wearing yet, we think that we are at least able to clear up with the upper part of his one-of-a-kind soccer cleats.

Adrianinho Laces Up in Completely Modified Light Grey and Black Nike Mercurial Superfly Boots

Boasting a light grey and black half-and-half design, the football boots worn by Adrianinho are totally different to any regular boot that we've seen so far. However, even though the design is completely custom, the close-up picture reveals that his boots are based on the Wolf Grey paint of the Nike Mercurial Superfly Boots (one can see that from the Dynamic Fit collar and the Flywire strings). Additionally, he pulled off the pink Nike Swoosh while he also painted over large parts of the instep.

Howsoever, whereas the upper of his boots is more than likely one from the current-gen Nike Mercurial Superfly Boots, the sole plate of Adrianinho's unique boots is nothing similar to the carbon-fibre plate of the Nike Mercurial Superfly IV. Instead, his sole plate looks rather similar to the cutting-edge plate of the Nike Mercurial Superfly SL Boot that was released in 2008. Yet again however, the outsole nevertheless looks different so we also don't know what exactly his boots are yet.

Do you have an idea what exactly Adrianinho's boots are? We really can't wait to hear your opinion in the comments section below.
