Solar Yellow Adidas X 17 Ocean Storm Boots Released
Following up on the white launch colorway, Adidas' new X 17 football boots were today released in a sleek yellow and dark blue edition. The yellow Adidas X 17 cleats form part of Adidas' August 2017 Ocean Storm pack.

Based on the same look as the debut paint job, the yellow and dark blue Adidas X 17.1 boots fade from yellow at the front to black in the rear with a polka dot design. A large Adidas Performance logo sits on the outside of the yellow Adidas X 17 cleats, just like it does on the X 16, while a large 'X' can be seen on the instep, which is new this gen.
Not only the appearance of the third-gen Adidas X 17 has barely changed, its features are also strikingly similar to the X 16. Designed to reduce wear-in time, the Adidas X 17.1 has a techfit compression upper with a NSG (Non-Stop Grip) texture to improve ball control under all conditions. Sole plate and stud alignment of the Adidas X 17 Ocean Storm boots are unchanged as well.

Part of the Ocean Storm collection, the Solar Yellow Adidas X 17.1 cleats will be available from 3 August 2017. They retail at USD 200 (GBP 180, EUR 220).
As always, the likes of Gareth Bale and Luis Suárez will wear the new Adidas Ocean Storm X 17.1 boots to kick off the 2017-18 season. In addition to the laced X 17.1, there's also the 'laceless' X 17+ PureChaos.
