This new Adidas 2027 teamwear kit is dubbed "Legacy 27". The design pays homage to Adidas' iconic partnership with the German national team as the historic, seven-decade relationship approaches its end ahead of Nike taking over in 2027.
Adidas Germany 2026 Farewell vs 27 Legacy
The Adidas 27 Legacy jersey is predominantly white, featuring vertical pinstripes down the body composed of repeating miniature black diamonds. This mirrors the vertical graphic seen on the official black farewell kit, which symbolized the grassroots football clubs that underpin the sport in Germany. The V-neck collar and sleeve cuffs are highlighted in the German national tricolor of black, red, and yellow, accented by black shoulder stripes and sleek seam piping.
Unlike the official third kit, which boasted the retro Trefoil and an archival DFB crest, the Legacy version sports the contemporary Adidas three-bar performance logo and leaves off the federation badge entirely.
The Adidas Legacy 27 soccer jersey will be launched in the coming weeks in several colorways.
