New Details 'Leaked' - Iniesta Receives One-of-a-Kind Camouflaged Nike Magista Boots
Update: One day ahead of the La Liga clash against UD Las Palmas, Andrés Iniesta posted a picture of him on Instagram revealing that his boots do not feature the sole plate of an old Nike Tiempo but a completely custom one solely created for the Barcelona superstar.
It looks like Barcelona superstar Andrés Iniesta is not happy with the upper of the second-gen Nike Magista Opus boots. Kicking off the new year, Iniesta was spotted wearing a pair of camouflaged boots that have very little in common with what's being sold to customers. Let's take a closer look.
Iniesta Shows Off Custom Nike Magista Opus II
This is a close-up of the boots worn by Iniesta against Bilbao.
Where the regular Nike Magista Opus II features a very distinct upper structure, Iniesta's boots have a very smooth outer skin that appears to be made of synthetic leather. Only the unique 'heatmap' graphic known from the original is retained on Iniesta's one-of-a-kind cleats.
Iniesta's custom Nike boots have an entirely different sole plate from the stock model. The sole of Iniesta's boots combines different elements of other Nike boots such as the construction of the outsole of the Nike Hypervenom.
