Real Madrid to Sign Record-Breaking Under Armour Kit Deal?

Under Armour could become Real Madrid's jersey supplier in a deal that would shatter the previous record, Marca reports.

Real Madrid to leave Adidas?

According to the report, Real Madrid and Under Armour are already in talks, during which the club has reportedly told UA that it would be ready to ditch Adidas for a high-value contract worth at least €150m ($160m, £130m).

With the current Adidas Real Madrid jersey deal not ending until the end of the 2019-20 season, it seems extremely unlikely that Los Blancos and Under Armour will reach an agreement for the period beyond 2020 at this point. Everything indicates that negotiating improved terms with Adidas, the club's partner since 1998, is the priority right now.

Should Real Madrid however sign a €150m per season contract with Under Armour, this would propel the club past the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona to easily top the list of the most valuable deals of this kind.
