Ramsey's black boots are different to any soccer boot New Balance released so far. They feature a synthetic upper and a traditional low-cut design, which makes them similar to New Balance's current boot silos, the Visaro and the Furon. The outstep of the boots boasts a white N.
According to Soccerbible, Ramsey is testing an upcoming New Balance silo. While nothing about the silo is known yet, it seems possible that the new New Balance boot silo will replace the Furon. Suggesting from the look of the upper, Ramsey's boot could be designed to be made both for speed and agility.
