The big clubs in Italy are sponsored by the big brands, just as in every other big European league. Adidas makes the kits for Juventus and Milan, while Nike supplies Inter Milan and AS Roma. However, most smaller clubs in Italy are wearing jerseys from Italian brands.
In fact, Macron is the numeric leading Serie A kit supplier with four clubs, closely followed by Kappa and Nike with three teams, respectively. Joma and Le Coq Sportif are the only other kit makers beside Adidas and Nike that are not from Italy, suppling the jerseys for three clubs in total.
Italian kit suppliers with one team in the Serie A are HS Football, Fg Sport, Lotto, Givova and Zeus. In total, 13 of 20 Serie A teams have kits from Italian brands.
