Cristiano Ronaldo's Nike Mercurial Superfly soccer cleats from Nike's Ice Pack feature the same modifications as all previous custom Nike Mercurial CR7 boots. A remarkably lower Dynamic Fit collar as well as the writing CR7 on the outstep.

What might be more interesting is that Nike is set to launch the next-generation Nike Mercurial Superfly 6 2018 football boots in early 2018 (Nike won't release a new regular colorway of the current-gen Mercurial at all). The 2018 World Cup Mercurials feature a remarkably different collar shape than the current-gen Superfly, so it is well possible that Cristiano Ronaldo will start to wear non-modified boots from the next generation of the Mercurial.
