Nike Players Train in Custom 2018 World Cup Boots With Personalization Triangle

Switzerland striker Xherdan Shaqiri has shown off his Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 2018 World Cup football boots that he received from the Swoosh.

Shaqiri's Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 soccer cleats features the flag of Switzerland on the left shoe and the flag of Kosovo on the right shoe. Shaqiri was born in Gjilan, SFR Yugoslavia to Kosovar Albanian parents and emigrated to Switzerland in 1992 with his parents.

Apart from the customizations on the heel area that Nike introduced for the 2018 World Cup, Shaqiri's boots are the same as the standard Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 2018 World Cup boots. The feature a 360° Flyknit design that wraps the entire foot.

Shaqiri will not be the only player in Russia with such customized boots. Stay tuned for pictures of other players custom cleats from Nike.
