Nike Creates Custom Golden Gloves for Thibaut Courtois
Update: Courtois wore the gloves in Belgium's Nations League game against Scotland.
Thibaut Courtois of Real Madrid, winner of the 2018 World Cup Golden Glove Award, has received a pair of custom golden Nike gloves.
Based on Courtois' glove model of choice, the Nike Vapor Grip 3, they are gold with black logos and detailing on the fingers, whilst the strap is black with a gold Courtois writing on each of them.
This news follows Harry Kane, winner of the World Cup Golden Boot, who was presented with a pair of custom gold Hypervenom boots. Just like those, Courtois' gloves are highly unlikely to ever be available for purchase.
