Special-Edition Nike FC Barcelona 1998-99 Remake Kit Released

Update: The Nike Barcelona '98 remake shirt is now available to buy.
Following up on the unworn Mashup jersey last fall, Nike have launched a brand-new special-edition Barcelona kit.
Similar to the aforementioned Mashup effort, the Nike Barcelona 2019 El Clasico kit celebrates Nike and Barca's partnership with a retro-infused look, this time taking inspiration from the first-ever Nike FC Barcelona shirt from 1998.

FC Barcelona 2019 Special-Edition Kit
This is the Nike FC Barcelona 1998-99 remake football shirt.
The special-edition Nike FC Barcelona 1998 - 2019 remake jersey features Barca's classic colors, combined with a retro design and a more vibrant yellow Swoosh that's centered on the chest, just like on the 1998 kit. There's just one red and two blue stripes on the front of the FC Barcelona 2019 special-edition kit.
Based on the Vapor template, the Nike Barcelona El Clasico 2019 soccer jersey features the new roundel authenticity tag on the bottom left above the hem, whilst the sleeves red with a single blue stripe on the bottom. The sleeve cuffs are navy, as is the collar, which additionally boasts the Catalan flag on the back.
The FC Barcelona 2019 special-edition shirt will be available as authentic and replica version on 10 April 2019. It will retail at the same price as Nike's regular FC Barcelona kits (140 Euro for the authentic Vapor Match version, 90 Euro for the replica version). It will be relatively limited, similar to the Mashup shirt last year.
Initially planned to be worn in the Clasico, we will in the end not see the FC Barcelona Nike 98-99 remake soccer jersey make an appearance on the field.

Swiss club FC Lausanne-Sport has officially unveiled its new 26-27 home kit, made by Macron. The release celebrates a significant milestone for the team, marking 130 years since its foundation in 1896.
The Macron FC Lausanne-Sport 26-27 home shirt draws direct inspiration from the kit worn during the 1962 Swiss Cup final. It features a classic design that pays homage to the club's rich history, utilizing traditional elements to create a retro aesthetic fitting for the anniversary.
The new FC Lausanne-Sport 26-27 home strip is currently available for pre-order through the club's official online store. Fans will also be able to purchase the kit in person at the physical club shop starting on August 5.
Vélez Sarsfield 2026 Away Kit Released
Argentine club Vélez Sarsfield have officially presented their new 2026 away kit, made by Italian sportswear brand Macron.
The Macron Vélez Sarsfield 2026 away shirt features a tonal blue base, centered around the club's traditional and iconic V-shaped chest band. The design incorporates Macron's signature collar, adding a distinctive touch to the clean look of the jersey while maintaining the team's historic visual identity.

Alianza FC 26-27 Home & Away Kits Released
El Salvador side Alianza FC has officially revealed its new home and away kits for the 26-27 season. Made by Adidas, the new shirts will be worn in the upcoming Primera Division campaign.
The Alianza FC 26-27 home and away strips were unveiled today across the club's social media channels. First-team players Tamacas and Juan Monteagudo modeled the new Adidas gear during the official launch presentation.

The new Newcastle United 26-27 goalkeeper away shirt has been leaked in an unusual manner. X user @JakeWeir02 who ordered the Scotland goalkeeper away kit from retailer JD Sports surprisingly received the unreleased Newcastle goalkeeper shirt instead.
The Newcastle United 26-27 goalkeeper away jersey features a simple design, combining a sky blue base with dark logos and accents. It has the same retro crest that is also present on the club's 2026-2027 away shirt, which it is set to be released alongside.

Manchester United has officially teased its upcoming 26-27 away kit, confirming that the new Adidas shirt will be released on Wednesday, 22 July 2026. Following a series of leaks and an early appearance by British rapper Stormzy wearing the unreleased shirt, the official launch will finally unveil the blue design that pays homage to the River Irwell and the club's classic 1988 away kit.
