No More Puma - SD Eibar Signs Joma Kit Deal

Spanish brand Joma and Spanish La Liga club this midday announced that the brand and the club reached a sponsorship agreement from the 2019-2020 season. Joma replaces Puma, who had been making Eibar's kits since the 2015-16 season.

Joma Signs Eibar Kit Partner Deal

Joma will be the new official technical sports sponsor of SD Eibar from 1 July 2019, following the agreement reached between the gunsmith club and the sports firm. All sports and concentration equipment for any of the club's categories will be supplied by Joma. Similarly, the brand will be the only one able to manufacture, market and supply official SD Eibar sports equipment.

While no contract details have been officially announced, Spanish media revealed a bit more information about the deal. The new Joma Eibar deal is valid for four years until 2023. No financial details are known yet - Puma reportedly paid Eibar more than 600,000 Euro per year.

SD Eibar joins Spanish La Liga teams Villarreal CF, CD Leganés and Getafe CF, who are also wearing Joma jerseys.
