Fortuna Düsseldorf 19-20 Away Kit Released

Düsseldorf's new 2019-20 away kit for the coming Bundesliga season was launched today. It is made by Uhlsport and follows the releases of the home and third Dusseldorf 19-20-kits.

The Düsseldorf's new away football shirt for the coming 2019-20 Bundesliga season is under the Fortuna DNA core value "home". Different shades of red - from light to dark - form the basic colour of the Fortuna's 2019-2020 away shirt.
Inspired by the Rhine and its bridges, the red beams feature wave-like forms and stylised representations of the seven Rhine bridges.
As on the home and alternative jerseys, the away jersey also features a 125-year anniversary embroidery under the club's coat of arms. On the collar there is a modern interpretation of the city coat of arms as well as a map of Düsseldorf with the lettering "Heimat" inside. The white mesh inserts under the arms round off the design of the new Düsseldorf's 2019-20 away shirt.
"Home' is one of the core values of our DNA. We brought it to life in the design of this year's away jersey, which we were again able to design ourselves in cooperation with uhlsport. With this homage to 'Father Rhine' we hope to be successful in the coming season, especially in the distance", explains Dr. Alexander Steinforth, Fortuna's Director Business Development, Strategy, Marketing & Digital.

Melanie Steinhilber, Managing Director of uhlsport GmbH, adds: "Especially in foreign places, the reference to home is a statement for the team and fans that we want to express on the jersey. For the away jersey of Fortuna, we were inspired above all by the Rhine and the Düsseldorf bridges".

FC Cartagena 26-27 Away Kit Released
Spanish side FC Cartagena and Macron have officially launched their new away kit for the 26-27 season, paying homage to the city's rich three-thousand-year heritage. Draped in traditional carmesí red, the jersey is decorated with an intricate all-over graphic pattern inspired by an ancient Roman mosaic uncovered in the crypt beneath the Catedral de Santa María la Vieja. Elegant gold detailing highlights the monochrome crest, collar trim, sleeve cuffs, and sponsor emblems, completed by the Latin motto Carthago Nova Invicta Est subtly sublimated onto the lower hem.
