Amazing | Nike Hi-Vis Total 90 Aerow 2004-05 2019 Remake Ball Released

Update: The Nike T90 Aerow remake ball is now available to buy, limited to just 600.

Nike today revealed the new official Premier League winter match ball for the 2019/20 season, the Hi-Vis Merlin. However, while the new ball already introduces a stunning design inspired by first-ever Hi-Vis ball to grace the Premier League back in the 2004/05 season, there are even more amazing news.

Nike this season celebrates 20 years of partnership between Nike and the Premier League. The new Nike 2019-2020 Geo Merlin winter ball is the second in the series after the first 19-20 Geo Merlin ball was released in August.

Nike Hi-Vis Total 90 Aerow 2004-05 2019 Remake Soccer Ball

The 2019 remake of the Nike Hi-Vis Total 90 football from 2004-2005 has the exact same detailing and specifications of the original – featuring 26-panel hand-stitched construction combined with texture flash casing.

The Nike Hi-Vis Total 90 Aerow 2004-05 2019 Remake Soccer Ball comes in a commemorative box.

The ball remake will be limited to 600 pieces that are numbered out 600. The Nike Hi-Vis Total 90 Aerow 2019 remake football will be available from 7 November.

It is reported that Nike "will continue that trend throughout the season."

First Time in 12 Years: Juventus Bring Back Long-Sleeved Kits on Pitch

Making his Juventus debut in the match against AC Milan, Nick Woltemade was the only Juventus player on the pitch wearing long sleeves. Excluding special-edition kits, the German strike became the first Bianconeri player made this choice since Andrea Pirlo and Claudio Marchisio back in the 13-14 season.

Remarkably, even Cristiano Ronaldo, a long-sleeve icon, never wore one during his time in Turin.

Liverpool Could Use a Text-Only Turkish Airlines Sponsor?

Liverpool have announced that Turkish Airlines will become the club's new shirt sponsor from the 2027-28 season, ending the Reds' 17-year partnership with Standard Chartered.

While early fan concepts have used Turkish Airlines' familiar circular bird logo above the wordmark, a text-only sponsor could also be a realistic option.

The airline previously used a simplified two-line “TURKISH AIRLINES” wordmark on River Plate's shirts between 2019 and 2022, while Turkish clubs such as Galatasaray and Samsunspor have also used streamlined typographic versions of the branding.

A text-only layout could give Liverpool's future Adidas shirts a cleaner, less crowded look. The final sponsor application has yet to be confirmed, with the partnership set to begin in June 2027.
