Report Confirms Leaks: PSV Leaves Umbro, Sign Up To €50 Million Puma Kit Deal

Update: Confirming previous rumors, Dutch media now also reported about the PSV Eindhoven Puma deal that will begin in July 2020. Dutch top-flight outfit PSV will reportedly earn between €40 million (US$44.5 million) and €50 million (US$55.7 million) from a new five-year kit deal with German sportswear giant Puma.
According to Dutch newspaper Eindhovens Dagblad (ED), the new dealwill see the Eredivisie club receive three times more than they do from their current agreement with British manufacturer Umbro.
Umbro had until 1st January to match an offer from Puma, which was first reported in October, but that no such offer was made before the deadline. Italian manufacturer Macron was also reportedly interested in becoming PSV’s kit supplier, but dropped out when the club decided to continue negotiations with Puma.

We can today reveal that Dutch powerhouse PSV Eindhoven will sign a kit deal with Puma, ending a 5-year partnership with Umbro.
Before joining up with the iconic Umbro, PSV had been sponsored by Nike for 20 years.
PSV to Sign Puma Kit Deal
The PSV Eindhoven 2020-21 kits will be made by Puma.
PSV's home shirts are traditionally red-white striped, something that Puma will certainly not alter.
Info on the PSV 20-21 away and third kits is set to be leaked soon.
Neither party have yet to comment on this sponsorship deal, in fact there haven't really been rumors so far. We don't expect the official announcement before 2020.
In terms of other sponsors, PSV will definitely keep 'Brainport Eindhoven', who only joined forces with the club this year, for next season.
The PSV 20-21 kits will likely not be released before July as the Umbro kit will probably remain valid until June 30th, which is traditionally the last day of the season for contracts.
