Manchester City 20-21 Third Kit Released

The Manchester City 2019-20 third kit, the first by Puma, introduced a garish design in vibrant colors. While featuring a more classic color combo, the design of the Manchester City 20-21 third kit is certainly 'out there', taking inspiration from Manchester's music and fashion culture.

The Manchester City 20-21 third jersey combines the colors 'Whisper White' & 'Peacoat' with an eye-catching all-over Paisley print. Whisper-White is a very light beige color tone that will most likely appear white from afar, while Peacoat is Puma's standard navy color tone.

A bold and eye-catching paisley pattern appears all over the front and sleeves of the Man City 2020-2021 third shirt, inspired by the city of Manchester's rich musical heritage and fashion culture.

The elements included in the paisley pattern are informed by the Man City club crest.

The shorts of the Man City 20-21 third kit are either dark blue or white, while the socks are white.

“For the City Third Kit we looked at cultural influences from Manchester that have impacted the world. Manchester is a city recognized globally for its football and its music scene, so for this special jersey we have designed a one-off, exclusive paisley pattern on the jersey. For the design we have utilized the rose and the three rivers from the club’s crest to create this unique jersey at the junction of football, music and fashion,” said David Bremond, Head of Product Line Management Teamsport Licensed at PUMA.

The new Man City 20-21 third jersey was released on 27 August 2020.
