Serie has updated its captain's armband for the start of the 2020-21 season, adding the phrase "Keep Racism Out" as the centerpiece of the design. It's a collaboration between the league and 'UNAR', the National Office Against Racial Discrimination.
The new captain's armbands will be used across all 20 teams in the league on the first matchday, starting with Fiorentina's Frank Ribery in Saturday's match against Torino.
As with the regular Serie A armband, which will return for matchday two, there are two color variations of the Keep Racism Out design.
