Paraguayan Football Association's 2020-21 strips mark the return of Puma as the kit supplier, replacing previous supplier Adidas. The Paraguayan Football Association announced the Puma shirt deal on May 1 2020.

The Puma Paraguay 20-21 home shirt comes with the traditional red and white stripes of the country. The back of the shirt is totally red.

The Puma Paraguay 2020-21 jersey comes a pattern based on the Ñandutí (spider web) fabric, the most famous and popular folk art of Paraguay.

A dose of blue is added to the neck. There, too, two messages appear. Inside is the phrase “Ndaipóri Khyhjé” which means “without fear”. In the back, under the neck, meanwhile, it reads "Garra Guaraní" in yellow letters.

The Puma Paraguay 2020-21 away jersey is white and a triple diagonal stripe with the colors of the Paraguayan flag on the top left.
