Classic Hummel Southampton Kits - Remake Of Iconic Shirt For 21-22 Season?

Last Monday, Southampton FC announced that they've signed a kit deal with hummel, replacing Under Armour ahead of schedule. Just a bit later, the Danish brand might has already given a first hint at Southampton's 21-22 kits.

Hummel's famous chevrons and bumblebee trademarks have been featured on several cult classic Southampton kits between 1987-1991.

Hummel had been making Southampton's kits for four years between 1987-1991. Hummel did not only release a classic striped Southampton FC jersey but also a home shirt based on Denmark’s 1986 World Cup shirts.

Nothing concrete about the hummel Southampton 2021-2022 jerseys is known yet, but two things hint at classic-inspired kits. First, Hummel shared images of their old Southampton kits, and second, the brand answered a Tweet of Classic Football Shirts in a mysterious way.
