Update: Just one day after Tottenham's Davinson Sánchez trained in the next-gen Nike Tiempo Legend 9 boots, Chelsea's Antonio Rüdiger also wore a blackout version of the boot in training. The Kangaroo upper seems to be ultimately soft.

On February 10 2021, we exclusively revealed that the next-generation Nike Tiempo Legend IX soccer boots will be released in Summer 2021.

Davinson Sánchez Tests Next-Gen Nike Tiempo Legend 2021 Boots

Featuring a blackout upper, Davinson Sánchez's next-gen Nike Tiempo Legend 2021 cleat is remarkably different to the current generation. They come with a 'double Swoosh' on the outstep and a smaller 180° rotated Swoosh on the rear inner area.

The outstep looks smooth and thin, whereas the instep and the front area appear to be extremely soft with unique soft foam pads keeping the Kangaroo leather in place.

Another interesting element is visible on the heel area - there is a circular element with lines to reduce pressure in the heel area.

Not much about the sole pate can be said from the picture, but we expect it to be reconstructed as well.
