Update: The Chelsea 2021 Champions collection also includes a jersey with two stars above the club crest. The stars jersey is solely intended for celebrations for the club's second Champions League title and won't be used in any match. In 2012, CFC released a celebration version with one golden star.

In addition to the rather standard celebration items, Chelsea is also offering a "Chelsea UCL 2021 Champions Medal".
