Rangers' Ryan Kent Wears Wrong Sponsor Logo in UEFA Europa League Play-Offs

Tonight, Scottish title holders Glasgow Rangers faced Armenian side FC Alashkert in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League play-offs (1-0 win). Funnily enough, Glasgow's Ryan Kent wore the logo of 32Red instead of Unibet's as all of his teammates did.

Kent was substituted for Scott Wright during halftime after an early red card for John Lundstram forced Rangers coach Steven Gerrard to make some changes. Before his substitution the Englishman had the arguably biggest chance of the match with a clean shot against the bar.

Originally, Rangers agreed that Unibet appears on the front of their jerseys for all matches in European competitions as well as on the third kit for all domestic games, while 32Red is present during all other domestic matches.

Luckily, this incident will probably have no impact on the club as both 32Red and Unibet are owned by the Malta-based Kindred Group, and there should not be a conflict of interest because of that fact.
