2021-2022 Premier League Kit Battle

The 21-22 Premier League kit battle is very competitive since sportswear giants Adidas and Puma have less teams under contract, while Nike did not manage to add more teams to their portfolio.

Sportswear giants Adidas (4), Nike (4) and Puma (2) only supply 10 of 20 clubs, or 50% of all teams. One year ago, Adidas, Nike and Puma had an astonishing market power sponsoring 15 of 20 clubs.

Adidas and Nike lead the battle with 4 teams eachThe other half of the Premier League relies on other suppliers, specifically Umbro (3 teams), Castore (2 teams), Hummel (2 teams), Kappa, Kelme and Joma (1 team each).

Compared to last season, the dominance of Adidas, Puma and Nike plummets - they made the kits for 15 teams in 2020-21.
