Flamengo To Extend Adidas Contract To 2027

The reigning champion of the Brasileirão looks to secure an extension with Adidas in the upcoming weeks.
Flamengo And Adidas Partnership To Run Until 2027
According to extra.globo.com, talks between the two parties have been going on for sometimes now. However, they are now close to complete the deal.
Flamengo is expected to receive R$ 30 million per year (around €4.6 million), including sponsorship and the supply of uniforms for all sports categories.
In total, that would be R$ 150 million (€23 million) for 5 years. Not much changes compare to the current deal, but Flamengo will receive higher royalties generated from sales of products marketed under the club's image.
