It will be possibly the only time this season that the Argentinian will wear the kit. We will update as soon as new information is available as the match is still going on.
In the match, PSG are wearing their 2021-22 third kit with Coupe de France sponsor logos and numbers. The players' shirts feature no names, logically. It is practically impossible as the Starting XI could change last minute, and it wouldn't be sustainable at all.
Messi to Wear No. 10 Because of Coupe de France Number Rules
Messi is set to start for PSG against Nice in the Coupe de France this night. But not only that - he will wear the No. 10 kit of the team instead of his usual No. 30 shirt - let us find out why.
Coupe de France Number Rules
The reason why Messi will wear Neymar's No. 10 kit is simple. In the Coupe de France, which is the oldest competition in the country, it is prescribed that in rounds of 32nd, 16th, and 8th finals the numbering must be "corrected". Starters have to wear No. 1-11 while the substitutes must wear No. 12-16.

The particular can be found in Article 7.3 of the Coupe de France Equipment Regulations:
7.3 Licenses, qualifications and participation: The clubs may include 16 players on the game sheet up to and including the 8th round, and 18 players from the round of 32 onwards. Players starting the match must be numbered from 1 to 11 and substitutes from 12 to 16 up to and including the 8th round, and from 12 to 18 from the round of 32 onwards. When clubs decide to include 16 players on the match sheet up to and including the 8th round or 18 players from the round of 32 onwards, the presence of a substitute goalkeeper is imperative."
The number rules of the Coupe de France have been in place for virtually forever. Last season, Sarabia wore Mbappe's No.7 kit, and Wijnaldum wore Neymar's No. 10 kit.
