Fulham Sign Record Sponsor Deal With W88 - Kit Release On Friday
Many people have been wondering why Fulham FC still have not revealed any of their 2022-23 kits. This is over course down to issues in the supply chain, since lock-downs in China and Vietnam have severely affected shirt production for companies like Adidas.
Fulham Sign W88 Deal
It was announced yesterday that promoted Premier League club Fulham will feature W88's logo on their kits for the 2022-23 season. The deal between the parties is apparently for "record sponsorship".
The betting company have previously been the main sponsor of Wolves, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa. W88 are mainly represented in the Asian market and can seemingly offer irrefutable sums of money to mid-sized Premier League sides.
Of course, criticism from fans has followed, as gambling sponsors are more and more frowned upon due to their exploitive nature. Supporters are threatening to not buy kits due to this.
Fulham FC also announced their new 22-23 home shirt will finally be presented this Friday, July 29. It will be debuted on Sunday in their friendly against Villarreal.
