Adidas opt for 3/4 sleeves, inspired by the style of the 1990s
The Argentina 2022 retro strip features 3/4 sleeves, inspired by the shirts style worn in the 1990s. A 3/4 sleeve is any sleeve length that falls below the elbow to just about three to six inches above the wrist. The shirt also features a loose fit.

This is the new Adidas Argentina retro football shirt for 2022.
The Adidas Argentina 2022 retro football shirt is dark blue (officially 'Team Royal Blue') with a white/sky blue v-collar and white sleeve cuffs.
The design of the Adidas Argentina 2022 retro jersey is inspired by the 1990 World Cup away shirt, worn in the 1990 World Cup final against Germany.
In contrast to the classic jersey, the Adidas Argentina 2022 retro jersey comes with the standard Adidas logo and the modern AFA crest, including two stars.
