No New Kits (Yet): Cameroon Play Friendly Wearing Kits by Old Supplier Le Coq Sportif
Together with Tunisia (and possibly Iran), Cameroon are the only team to not yet have confirmed their kits for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
And although the team earlier this summer announced that they had agreed a deal with One All Sports and, more recently, even released a first teaser image, it looks like we will have to wait a little longer to see the Cameroon 2022 World Cup kits.
That's because the team curiously wore the 2021 AFCON away shirt, made by the old supplier supplier, Le Coq Sportif, in today's friendly against Uzbekistan, which was played in South Korea. In case you missed it, the deal with LCS was unilaterally cancelled by Cameroon.
Were you as surprised as we seeing Cameroon continue to wear kits made by their old supplier Le Coq Sportif? Comment below.
