Liverpool 23-24 Third Kit Released
Liverpool FC's new 2023-24 third kit was surprisingly revealed by Alisson Becker, Missy Bo Kearns, and Dominik Szoboszlai at a free fan event held at Liverpool Olympia yesterday night. The live reveal was done in collaboration with BOSS Night, who organized a pre-season gig which was sold out.
The updated Nike 23-24 fabric debuted for the Nike 2023 Women's World Cup kits.
Liverpool 23-24 Third Kit
The Nike Liverpool 23-24 third shirt has an unusual color combo for the Merseyside club. It combines a light purple base with a darker purple on the sides and sleeve cuffs, plus white for logos.
The replica version of the Liverpool 23-24 third kit appears to be much darker - more on that will follow in a separate article.
Officially, the colors of the Nike Liverpool 23-24 third shirt are "Space Purple/Court Purple/White". Space Purple is the same color as used for the Liverpool 2023-24 goalkeeper jersey.
A disordered stripes/lines pattern throughout the shirt covers cloud-like shapes in light and dark purple, further adding to the modern color scheme.
The template debuts for the Nike 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup kits
Template-wise, the Nike Liverpool 23-24 third kit is based on a new global Nike template. The template made its debut for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup kits and is used for every Nike 23-24 third kit. Most noticeably, it has v-panels on the collar area.
The LFC crest and Nike Swoosh logos have a distinct speckled appearance due to the use of Nike Grind. Nike Grind is produced by recycling manufacturing waste and old shoes into new materials.

It is not the first time that Liverpool use purple for a kit but it is the first time that an LFC kit has a pale purple main color. The infamous Warrior Liverpool 13-14 third kit had some purple and their 2012-13 and 2018-19 third kits was purple as well.
The color of the shorts is the same as for the shirt (Space Purple/Court Purple/White), while the socks are lighter with a unique design knitted into the fabric.
