This is the Santos FC 2022 special jersey, made by Umbro.
The Umbro Santos 2022 special jersey references a 1980 friendly played between the club and New York Cosmos. With a raglan cut, the black torso is contrasted by the white sleeves and underarm sections.
On the back of the neck, the year 1980 sits inside a diamond shape and the font used on the club badge matches up to the era of the Cosmos game.
