The first-ever Oakland Soul jersey, dubbed 'Rooted in Power', was released last week. It is made by Meyba and will be worn in the 2023 USL W League, the club's inaugural season.

The Meyba Oakland Soul 2023 'Rooted in Power' shirt is similar to the men's counterpart, featuring a black base with white and light blue details.
Impossible to miss, the Black Power symbol in the form of the raised fist fills up a major section of the front of the kit.
Repeating in white over the rest of the shirt is the phrase "All power to the people".
