3 Main Candidates For Inter Milan’s New Main Shirt Sponsor
Inter Milan are on the hunt for a new main shirt sponsor for next season, as DigitalBits are set to be replaced after non-payment of contractually owed sums. Now Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport give us an update on the sponsorship options.
Inter did not get any money from DigitalBits this season yet
Inter Want At Least €30 Million/Season From New Main Sponsor
The Italian club is seeking a deal worth at least €30 million per season, according to Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport. Turkish Airlines, Hisense, and LeoVegas have emerged as the main possibilities. Talks are ongoing, and it is not yet clear which company will be chosen to replace DigitalBits.
It is certain, however, that Inter will not have the DigitalBits logo on the front of their matchday shirts at the start of next season. The Nerazzurri have been searching for a new partner, and these three companies have stepped up as being serious about trying to agree on a deal with the club.
Since early February 2023, LeoVegas.News are already Inter's training sponsor, in a deal valid until the end of the 2024-25 season. Betting sponsors have been banned in Italian football since 2018, and with the "online infotainment magazine" LeoVegas.News, Inter trick this regulation.
Born in 2021, LeoVegas.News is an online infotainment magazine that presents content dedicated to football and its protagonists, offering exclusive insights on the protagonist teams of Serie A football, highlights on championship matches and the latest news of the transfer market.
