The Premier League are close to agreeing a new deal with EA Sports worth €550 million euro, according to Sky Sports.

The Premier League will soon double the value of their current deal with EA Sports when they sign their new agreement, Sky Sports report. On Friday, the 20 top flight clubs were informed that a new six year deal is close to being finalised at a value of €550 million.
EA Sports will retain their position as the league's lead partner as well as the exclusive electronic game licence. Neither party has made any official announcement on the deal yet. EA's long running partnership with FIFA ended last year, leading to the upcoming EA Sports FC rebrand, although this new agreement with the Premier League ensures they will be able to continue using official names, crests and kits for the biggest English clubs.
