All-New Ireland Logo Released

The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) today revealed a new brand identity that includes updated logos for the association, National teams, and the recently announced League of Ireland identity.

The new Ireland 2023 logo is set to make its debut on the Ireland 2023 kits, which are reportedly made by the new supplier Castore.

Ireland National Football Team 2023 Logo

The new Ireland National team 2023 logo most importantly brings back the shamrock, with a "bold Irish green" at the heart of the logo.

According to the official press release, the development of the new brand identity followed extensive engagement with stakeholders, including fans, players, staff, club officials, coaches, and managers, among others. The core goal of the process was to redefine and reinvent what the FAI stands for and what it looks, sounds, and behaves like.

The CEO of the FAI, Jonathan Hill, stated that the new identity marks the start of a new era for the organization and reflects the commitment to being a modern, best-in-class organization. The Director of Marketing & Communications, Louise Cassidy, added that the new identity would extend from social media to the national stadium and beyond and enable the organization to better drive participation, attendance, and engagement with football in Ireland. The new identity is expected to be embraced by fans, players, and everyone in Irish football.

Ireland FAI Institution 2023 Logo

The Football Association of Ireland also revealed an exclusive logo for the federation. It boasts the letters FAI in a very modern style.

A new and distinct identity for the FAI was also created to highlight its role as the governing body of the sport, driving the growth and success of Irish football. The new identity is expected to create a professional look and feel for the organization and enhance how it engages with stakeholders.
