Union Berlin Extend Adidas Deal
Union Berlin and Adidas have renewed their partnership with a deal that will take them up to 2030. Adidas became the club's technical sponsor in 2020 and the club's star has been on the rise ever since (it had been even for a couple of seasons before) with consecutively higher finishes in the Bundesliga. This season they have been Europe's biggest surprise package as they challenge for a first ever Bundesliga title.

The club say the new deal is an "early extension", with Adidas impressed by the team's growth and performances since their partnership began. Union Berlin president Dirk Zingler signed the extension with Adidas CEO Bjørn Gulden at the company's HQ in Herzogenaurach.

Together, we will continue to ensure that the enthusiasm for football, both in Berlin and beyond the city limits, remains great," - Bjørn Gulden, CEO of Adidas.

Portugal 2026 World Cup Numbers Announced
The Portuguese national team has announced the official squad numbers for the 2026 World Cup. Ebbsfleet United have released their new home shirt for the 2026-27 season. The red design marks the club's 80th anniversary and draws direct inspiration from the 1998-99 kit, featuring a classic 90s aesthetic with clean lines and heritage details.
The shirt includes Gravesend & Northfleet lettering beneath the reverse neck as a nod to the club's history. It is available in both short and long sleeve versions, with Morrow appearing as the front sponsor.
Special Netherlands x Lego Pennant
In the recent friendly match between the Netherlands and Algeria, the Dutch players appeared with a special pennant made from assembled LEGO pieces, replacing the traditional match pennant.
