The Adidas Aberdeen 23-24 120th home football shirt is a celebration of the club's 120-year history, featuring a gold trim as a tribute to the black and gold jerseys worn during the early years. The club's famous red base color is also included.
The Dons initially wore white and navy blue during their first season in 1903-1904, but switched to black and gold for a significant portion of their early history, earning the nickname "the wasps". In 1939, the club adopted the now iconic red and white colours.
