This is the West Ham United 23-24 third football shirt, made by Umbro.
For the Umbro West Ham United 2023-2024 third jersey, Umbro have created a dark blue shirt with a vibrant gradient front fade, and a bright graphic grid like formation inspired by the stadium flood lights and roofing.

There are sky blue inserts at the front of the v neck collar and the sleeve ends. This colour is also used for the Umbro logo and club badge.
