Atlético de Madrid today launched the club's fourth kit for the 2023-24 season, confirming the leaks. It is inspired by "the spirit of Madrid nights and the passion of those who live them", but just standard teamwear. The team will debut the kit in the La Liga match against Almería on Saturday.

Atlético has three kits that do not offer a perfect contrast - white/red home, white/blue away, and turquoise-green third. Todo Sobre Camisetas speculated that this was also the reason for Atlético to wear a special red kit vs. Celtic, as none of Atlético's regular kits offer a good contrast against Celtic's white/green hoops.
