Inter to Sign Qatar Airways Kit Sponsorship?
Inter Milan is reportedly nearing an agreement with Qatar Airways to become their official air carrier, according to TuttoMercatoWeb. Although the deal isn't finalized, discussions are progressing, and Qatar Airways might replace Paramount+ as the primary shirt sponsor in the future.
Inter's goal is to secure €25-30 million from their main sponsor for the next season, surpassing the €15 million plus €5 million in bonuses offered by Paramount+, who signed a one-year deal with the club.
Currently, Qatar Airways is considered a secondary sponsor while Paramount+ provides significant exposure to the U.S. market. The club is contemplating the possibility of maintaining both sponsorships for the upcoming season, possibly with Paramount+ in a different role, such as on the sleeve or back of the shirt.
Negotiations have been ongoing since the club's Japan tour, during which they utilized Qatar Airways planes, signaling a growing partnership between the club and the Middle Eastern airline. The discussions suggest a potentially lucrative deal on the horizon for Inter Milan.
