Manchester City Wear Retro Shirt Ahead of Champions League Match

In yesterday's match against RB Leipzig in the Champions League, Manchester City wore classic shirts before the match as a mark of their gratitude on the day the statues of three legends, Colin Bell, Francis Lee and Mike Summerbee, were unveiled outside the Etihad Stadium.

The whole Manchester City team came out of the tunnel wearing retro shirts, these are Manchester City's kits from the 70s and earlier.

The reason Manchester City are wearing these retro shirts is because they have just unveiled a statue of the legendary trio of Colin Bell, Francis Lee and Mike Summerbee, who all played for Manchester City in the 60s and 70s.\

Manchester City went into the game still wearing their usual 24-25 home kit.
