No More Puma: In-House Uruguay 2024 Anniversary Home & Away Kits Released
- Anniversary Kits: Uruguay released special home and away kits to celebrate the 100th anniversary of their 1924 Olympic title.
- In-House Production: The kits are made by the Uruguayan Football Federation themselves, as their contract with Puma was not renewed.
- Classic Design: The kits feature a classic design inspired by the 1924 Olympics, with the home kit being sky blue and the away kit white.
Out of quite a surprise, the Uruguayan Football Association released special kits today to celebrate the 100th anniversary of its Paris 1924 Olympics title.
The Uruguay 2024 100th Anniversary Olympics victory kits are made by the federation themselves, as the contract with Puma/Tenfield was not renewed.
Uruguay will wear the special 100th anniversary in the pre-Olympics tournament this month, hoping to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics. It remains to be seen if Uruguay will also wear them longer - this could be the case if Uruguay does not find a new kit supplier.
